Forklift is an industrial handling vehicle, which refers to a variety of wheeled handling vehicles for loading and unloading, stacking and short-distance transportation of pallet goods. The International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC110 is called industrial vehicle. It is often used for the transportation of large storage objects, usually using fuel engines or batteries.
The technical parameters of forklift are used to show the structural characteristics and working performance of forklift. The main technical parameters are: rated lifting weight, load center distance, maximum lifting height, gantry Angle, maximum driving speed, minimum turning radius, minimum ground clearance and wheelbase, wheel base, etc.
Technical parameter
1, Rated lifting weight: the rated lifting weight of the forklift refers to the distance between the center of gravity of the goods and the forearm of the fork is not greater than the center distance of the load, the maximum weight of the goods allowed to be lifted, expressed in T(tons). When the center of gravity of the goods on the fork exceeds the specified load center distance, the lifting weight should be reduced accordingly due to the limitations of the longitudinal stability of the forklift.
2, The center distance of the load: the center distance of the load refers to the horizontal distance T of the vertical section of the front wall of the center of gravity of the fork when the standard goods are placed on the fork, expressed in mm(mm). For 1T to 4T forklifts, the load center distance is 500mm.
3. Maximum lifting height: The maximum lifting height refers to the vertical distance between the upper surface of the horizontal section of the fork and the horizontal ground where the forklift is located when the forklift is fully loaded and the goods rise to the highest position on a flat and solid ground.
4, Door frame Angle: door frame Angle refers to the unloaded forklift on a flat and solid ground, the door frame relative to its vertical position forward or backward maximum Angle. The function of the front Angle is to facilitate the forklift and unloading of cargo; The role of the back Angle is to prevent the goods from slipping off the fork when the forklift is carrying freight. Generally, the front inclination Angle of the forklift is 3°~6°, and the rear inclination Angle is 10°~12°.
5, The maximum lifting speed: the maximum lifting speed of the forklift usually refers to the maximum lifting speed of the cargo when the forklift is fully loaded, expressed in m/min(m/min). Increasing the maximum lifting speed can improve the working efficiency, but the lifting speed is too fast, which is prone to cargo damage and aircraft damage accidents. At present, the maximum lifting speed of domestic forklift trucks has been increased to 20m/min.
6, The maximum driving speed: improving the driving speed has a great impact on improving the working efficiency of the forklift. For an internal combustion forklift with a lifting weight of 1T, the minimum driving speed is not less than 17m/min when fully loaded.
7. Minimum turning radius: When the forklift is driving at a low speed without load and turning with the steering wheel full, the minimum distance between the outermost and innermost parts of the vehicle body and the turning center is called outside the minimum outer turning radius and inside the minimum inner turning radius, respectively. The smaller the minimum outside turning radius, the smaller the ground area required for forklift turning, and the better the maneuverability.
8, Minimum ground clearance: minimum ground clearance refers to the distance from the lowest fixed point on the body to the ground outside the wheel, which indicates the ability of the forklift to cross the raised obstacles on the ground without collision. The larger the minimum ground clearance, the higher the passability of the forklift.
9, Wheelbase and wheel base: forklift wheelbase refers to the horizontal distance between the center line of the front and rear axle of the forklift. Wheel pitch is the distance between the center of the left and right wheels on the same axis. The increase of wheelbase is beneficial to the longitudinal stability of forklift truck, but it increases the length of the body and the minimum turning radius. Increasing the wheel base is beneficial to the lateral stability of forklift truck, but will increase the total body width and minimum turning radius.
10, The minimum width of the right Angle channel: the minimum width of the right Angle channel refers to the minimum width of the right Angle intersection channel for the forklift to travel back and forth. It is represented by mm. Generally, the smaller the minimum width of the right-angle channel, the better the performance.
11, The minimum width of the stacking channel: the minimum width of the stacking channel is the minimum width of the channel when the forklift is operating normally.
